A WOMAN has appeared in court accused of attacking a child.
Charlene Nelson, of Ashmere Grove in Fartown, appeared before Huddersfield magistrates yesterday.
The 25-year-old is charged with assaulting a boy causing him actual bodily harm. She is also accused of ill-treating, neglecting or abandoning that same child.
The alleged offences took place in Sheepridge between November 17 and 30, 2010.
Nelson will next appear before Bradford Crown Court on December 2.
She was granted unconditional bail.
