A WOMAN was found hanged in her locked garage, an inquest heard.
Carole Richardson, 37, of Hill Grove Lea, Salendine Nook, had a history of depression.
The Huddersfield hearing was told how Mrs Richardson had been coping with her illness until the death of her grandmother, who had Alzheimer’s disease.
She was found by her ex-husband Lee Rogers who broke into the garage.
He had gone to her home after Mrs Richardson failed to answer her phone.
He dialled her mobile and heard it ringing in the garage.
Paramedics were called but Mrs Richardson was pronounced dead on January 17 this year. She died of asphyxia.
Acting coroner Prof Paul Marks recorded a suicide verdict.
