A WOMAN killed in a road tragedy has been named.
Maureen Tracey, 64, of Wakefield Road, Earlsheaton, died, along with her pet terrier, when she was struck by a lorry and a van on Wakefield Road in Dewsbury, at its junction with Bywell Road, just before 1pm on Monday.
The dark articulated lorry carried on, but the black Toyota Hiace van stopped.
Police want anyone who saw the lorry - which may be foreign - or the accident to come forward.
