VOLUNTEER rescuers are putting on a day of outdoor adventures for disadvantaged children

VOLUNTEER rescuers are putting on a day of outdoor adventures for disadvantaged children

Members of Woodhead Mountain Rescue Team will be taking part with its search dogs.

They will meet young people from Centrepoint and Wellchild charities as well as other members helping out with the activities.

The event takes place in the Peak District National Park on July 22 in support of the charities, which are patronised by Prince William and Prince Harry.
