CRIME writer Martin Edwards is coming to Huddersfield.

He will talk about his favourite fiction, his passion for short stories and his latest novel, The Coffin Trail, when he visits the public library on Thursday, September 16.

As well as nine novels, Mr Edwards has written 10 non-fiction books.

They include Urge To Kill, a study of homicide investigation.

He has also contributed to reference books and a wide range of magazines.

His first novel, All The Lonely People, introduced lawyer Harry Devlin. His most recent introduces a new series of Lake District Mysteries.

Mr Edwards has also written a stand-alone novel of psychological suspense, Take My Breath Away, and completed The Lazarus Widow by the late Bill Knox.
