Comedy due Cannon and Ball want a number one — to help victims of the the Calderdale floods.

The pair will appear at a floods fundraiser tonight at the Victoria Theatre, Halifax, after agreeing to release a charity version of their song Together We'll Be OK.

They hope to get the song to the top spot via a social media campaign.

All proceeds from the song will go to the Community Foundation for Calderdale, and the comedians will also be headlining the show and performing it live.

The single will be available to download from today through iTunes, Amazon and all the normal sources.

Brighouse comic Jack Carroll also taking to the stage tonight to raise cash for flood victims.

The teenager with cerebral palsy, who hit the headlines on Britain’s Got Talent in 2013, will join the bill to hopefully raise thousands of pounds for Calderdale victims.

Other acts include singer Lizzie Jones, widow of former rugby star Danny Jones, Thomas Bleasby, Jess Thristan, Tony Lewis as Robbie Williams, Take All That, The Dream Girls featuring Huddersfield businesswoman Kate Hardcastle and the Three Valleys Gospel Choir.

There will also be appearances by Emmerdale stars Dominic Brunt Aka Paddy, Michelle Hardwick aka Vanessa, and Chris Chittell aka Eric Pollard.
