Police have released two CCTV images in a bid to catch a serial tyre slasher in Deighton.

They were called out to Scott Vale at 5.54am on Tuesday to a report that a number of car tyres had been slashed.

Officers attended and are now investigating after the tyres of 16 vehicles were damaged.

A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “Huddersfield officers are investigating reports a man was seen behaving suspiciously in the street at about 2am and would like to speak to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious.”
