A LITTLE boy was left shaken when his foot got stuck in his bicycle.
Firefighters were called to the five-year-old’s house at Third Avenue in Cleckheaton just after 7pm on Friday night.
They found that the youngster had trapped his foot between the pedal and wheel bar.
The fire crew used a special electric tool to release the boy’s foot.
Crew manager Andy Greenwood, who is based at Cleckheaton fire station, said: “His foot had been trapped for about 20 minutes and he was becoming a little bit distressed.
“His ankle was a little bruised, but nothing serious, and he was fine once we had freed him.”
