A TEENAGER has appeared in court accused of a string of robberies and assaults.
Dlavar Rafi, 18, of Park Lea, Bradley, is accused of four robberies, one attempted robbery and two assaults.
Five of the offences are alleged to have happened on Monday night and the other two last Thursday night.
Rafi was remanded in custody by Huddersfield magistrates yesterday and will appear before Bradford Crown Court next Wednesday.
Rafi’s father, Mohammed Rafi, 56, also of Park Lea, appeared before the magistrates yesterday accused of trying to pervert the course of justice.
He was granted conditional bail.
He will also appear at Bradford Crown Court next Wednesday.
