TEENAGERS in the Holme Valley are being invited to join the dance craze sweeping the nation.
Talk Active, the biggest team of zumba instructors in the area, is launching a new class just for teens.
Organisers are calling on youngsters to get out of their bedrooms and joint the zumba craze to get fit and have fun.
With its infectious Latin rhythms and party atmosphere, zumba helps participants to improve balance, co-ordination, memory and dance skills.
Classes will be held from 6pm to 7pm every Wednesday, starting on February 22, at Holmfirth Civic Hall. This is the only one for teens in the area and is suitable for 13 to 16- year-olds.
