Mulberry House Nursery now offers part-time sessions for your child following a stunning refurbishment.

Conveniently located together, Queen Elizabeth Grammar School (QEGS) and Wakefield Girls’ High School (WGHS) form Wakefield Grammar School Foundation.

The schools offer the ‘best of both worlds’ by providing wholly co-educational teaching in Mulberry House Nursery and some joint A level teaching in the Sixth Form, combined with an outstanding track record for delivering exemplary single- sex education during those crucial learning years of four to sixteen.

Children begin their educational journey in the newly refurbished Mulberry House Nursery, which boasts state-of-the-art facilities within a bright and airy environment, perfect for fun and hands-on learning. The Nursery provides an excellent early years setting, helping to establish firm learning foundations for the future for boys and girls age 3-4 years, before they continue their school careers through the schools of Wakefield Grammar School Foundation.
The refurbishment has increased pupil capacity, with full and part-time sessions now available.

Our Information Morning on 6th October at 9.30-1pm gives you the opportunity to visit all the schools of the Foundation. There is no need to book, just turn up on the day and have a tour around the schools, see our facilities, meet our pupils and speak to teachers about your child’s education.
