KEXBOROUGH, the highest-ranked team left in the Oddfellows League Cup, have been drawn at home to Linthwaite in the semi-finals.

The second semi-final will feature Frank Platt Championship side Meltham visiting a Cedar Court Conference side in either Armitage Bridge or Emley, who have still to play.

It’s the winner of that second semi-finals – the ties will be played on Sunday, July 25, who will host the final in September.

In the Earnshaw Cup for second XIs, Lepton play Lascelles Hall in the first semi-final and whoever goes through will host the final.

The second semi is between Clayton West and Hall Bower, again on July 25.

With one more set of fixtures to be played in the Romida Twenty/20 – see latest tables in tomorrow’s Examiner Sport – League officials have confirmed they will do the draw for the quarter-finals next Wednesday night at Almondbury.

The competition will be drawn right through to the final.

Next Tuesday’s fixtures are those put back from the rained-off fixtures on June 15.
