THERE now just two prizes still up for grabs following Steve Abbott’s ‘After Eight’ performance at Rastrick last week.

The Perth pace bowler got exactly what he needed to win the First Eleven Championship/Conference prize, and now it’s down to the Premiership and Second Elevens (where there is just one bowling prize) to be decided.

Tom Craddock’s five-wicket haul put the Honley spinner in top spot in the Premiership after a blank day for SP Singh with Shepley.

The Second XI prize is close to being claimed (they need only to reach the 40 mark) with Rob Kettlewell at Kirkburton having 36 victims and Lascelles Hall’s Corey Bullock on 35.

For the record, Abbott reached 50 ahead of Emley’s Jon Lee, who failed to add to his 43 last weekend, and Thongsbridge’s Ijaz Shah, who had also moved to 43.

Premiership leaders are: Craddock (Honley) 43; SP Singh (Shepley) 39, Ibrar Younis (Slaithwaite) 39; Shahnawaz (Scholes) 37, Craig Glover (Skelmanthorpe) 36; Steve Whitwam (Golcar) 34; Danny Glover (Shepley) 33; Harlon Haye (Honley) 32.

Second Elevens: Rob Kettlewell (Kirkburton) 36; Corey Bullock (Lascelles Hall) 35; Ian Whiteley (Holmfirth) 31; Joah Bradley (Slaithwaite) 29.
