The Drakes Huddersfield Cricket League have reported assets of £34,580 at their annual general meeting.
The League made a profit of £1,957 in the year ending October 31, 2014.
Paddock – one of two clubs not represented at the meeting at Almondbury CC, the other being Hoylandswaine – applied for re-election and were unanimously voted back in.
A whole host of rule changes, proposed by the league, were officially voted in, having been given approval by captains and leading club officials earlier in the year.
Five clubs, however, did not vote on the amendments and will be fined £20 each. They are Honley, Cawthorne, Meltham, Lepton and Emley.
Officers re-elected were: Donald Earnshaw, president; Trevor Atkinson, chairman; Norman Clee, general secretary; Bruce Heath, financial secretary; Phil Senior, match and registration secretary; Nick Oddy, Administration and disciplinary secretary; Roger Peaker, child welfare, trophies and facilities secretary.
Club representatives elected to the executive committee were: Les Harrison (Delph), Malcolm Westoby (Elland), Craig McCreadie (Broad Oak) and Ron Tindall (co-opted).
The next annual meeting will be on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at Almondbury Cricket Club (7.30).
