Edgerton & Dalton won the CopyMark Allsop Cup final.
Opponents Green Moor were dismissed for 103 at Upper Hopton, and Edgerton & Dalton responded with 104-4 for a six-wicket success to add to their 2012 win in the premier arrowselfdrive Huddersfield Central League knockout competition.
Rafiq Nadeem did the bulk of the damage with the ball for the winners, taking five for 20 in 12 overs and getting plenty of life from the track.
His opening partner Hasan Patel also bowled well, taking two for 24 from 11.3, while Muhammad Waqar-uz-Zaman picked up two for 16 from seven.
Top scorer for Green Moor was extras with 19, but Jamie Dixon was run out for 18, Joe White had 16 and Nigel Dowkes finished unbeaten on 17, with Edgerton & Dalton taking a couple of outstanding catches.
While Matt Scrivener picked up a couple of early wickets and Sam Askey another, opener Fakir Laher and Hasan Patel steadied the ship and took Edgerton & Dalton towards victory with a solid stand.
Fakir made 44 before being caught by Ben Askey off Mark Elsworth, and Patel finished on 35 not out alongside skipper Amjad Jamshed (7no).
Umpires were Brian Cooper and Harry Marsden.
The second XI Tinker Cup final is between Mount and Woolley at Heckmondwike & Carlinghow on Sunday, August 10 (1.30).
Umpires are Michael Tock & Doug Matthewman.
The 20/20 Cup final is at Birchencliffe on Sunday, August 17, with an 11.30am start.
