UMPIRES are at a premium for Sunday’s Romida Sykes Cup and Spectrum Interiors Paddock Shield first-round ties.
The Huddersfield Association cannot provide 64 officials for the 32 first and second XI games.
Secretary Ron Tindall has provided a list where volunteer officials will be required.
The following matches will have one official umpire and one home club volunteer:
Skelmanthorpe v Kirkburton, Hall Bower v Kexborough, Marsden v Almondbury, Elland v Armitage Bridge, Shepley v Linthwaite and Scholes v Slaithwaite.
Ties to be staffed by both the home and away clubs’ umpires:
Rastrick v Thongsbridge, Emley v Delph & Dobcross, Paddock v Meltham, Hoylandswaine v Micklehurst, Thornhill & Westborough v Kirkheaton, Clayton West v Lepton Highlanders, Golcar v Primrose Hill, Holmfirth v Barkisland, Shelley v Lascelles Hall, Honley v Broad Oak.
