HUDDERSFIELD Irish Centre and Lindley WMC will both go into FA Carlsberg Sunday Cup action this weekend buoyed by big victories.

Irish Centre, who take on Leeds side Chapeltown Brazil at Emley, went top of the Sunday League on goal difference by beating Marsh Lib 8-2 with the help of three goals by Kieran Ryan.

And Lindley, who host Liverpool’s Job FC, did even better, going second with a 10-2 thumping of Kirkheaton in which two players, Graham McLachlan and Karl Jones, scored hat tricks.

Rose and Crown lost the leadership, dropping their first points in a 3-3 derby draw with Golcar Con.
