BLACK BULL are through to the second round of the Sheffield and Hallamshire Cup after a 4-2 success at Shafton.

In the league unbeaten Division I leaders Pak Rangers defeated Marsh FC 8-1.

Brighton Mugadza hit a hat trick, and there were two goals each for Paul Pike and Arron Allison, with Reece Thomas also on target for Rangers – Luke Webb replied for Marsh.

Joint second placed clubs Rose and Crown and Huddersfield Irish met at Golcar in a contest which produced a 4-2 victory for Irish.

Rose and Crown were 2-1 up through Jamie Dickinson and Beddeau, but Irish fought back for victory.

In Division II undefeated Inter-Atheltic beat disappointed Woolpack 2-1 at Almondbury Rec.

The first half was dominated by Inter with Liam Gibbon opening the scoring but in the second half they looked to have spurned the chance to increase their lead as Woolpack keeper Lyon Briggs saved a penalty, but the rebound was powered back into the net.

Joint second Dalton had a 12-0 emphatic win over Escorpians – Andy Anderson hit five goals in Dalton’s tally.

Meltham Victoria Park got back to winning ways with a 6-1 win over lowly Wellington B. Terry Howe, Ramon Solano-Fleetwood, Rob Yarker, Luke O’Brien 2 and Daniel Tindall scored for Meltham.

Club Kirkheaton and Fieldhead fought out a 2-2 draw. Oldroyd and Burton scored for Kirkheaton, with R Jowett and R Taylor notching for Head.
