FOUR games, four wins.

Proof, indeed, that Lindley Lib are back on track.

The Works League club top Division II after maintaining their 100% record this season with a 5-0 home win over Grange Moor.

The goals came from Boswell (3), Smith and McLean.

And it continues a remarkable turnaround for a club that was in crisis little more than a year ago.

The long established and well-run club was hit by a player exodus. They had been fielding three teams and competing well at every level when players drifted away.

The club were forced to drop first one then two of their teams leaving only one in the Works League.

Club officials took stock in the summer and decided to carry on in the Works League and it looks to be a move paying dividends. They already look a good bet for promotion.

New side Horse & Groom also look strong.

They won 6-0 against Kirkheaton Rovers, with goals from Wayne Carter (3), Carter, Brennan and Suttle.

Many of the players have Works League experience through links with Royal Sports and they look a solid outfit.

The other game in Division II saw Clothiers Arms and Coach & Horses share the spoils with a 2-2 draw.
