The David Wagner era has lift-off.
Huddersfield Town have their first win under the new boss, with goals from Joe Lolley and Nahki Wells handing all three points to the Terriers.
Wagner was serenaded repeatedly by the away end after a performance that had fans purring.
Lolley's goal took fewer than 60 seconds to arrive and Birmingham were unable to find a way past Town's defence.
Wells doubled the lead on 80 minutes with a tap-in, after some fantastic work by Sean Scannell on the right hand side left him with an easy task to turn the ball home.
Here's what Town fans made of the match...
There was barely time for a chant to get started before Aston Villa fan Joe Lolley opened the scoring - to universal Huddersfield Town delight.
There was a lot of praise for Dean Whitehead too - as the half went on Birmingham grew into the game and the midfielder was on hand with a number of defensive interventions.
Fair to say David Wagner is a Huddersfield hero...
Many believed the win has been coming after the performances in the last two games.
