Huddersfield Town midfielder Adam Clayton's future at the club has been a key topic for discussion amongst supporters after it emerged Middlesbrough have had a bid rejected for his services.

Clayton's outstanding performance in 2013/2014 saw him scoop the club's Player of the Year award but has also seen a rise in interest for Town's star playmaker, with Brighton and Hove Albion also seeing a bid knocked back during January.

There were suggestions the Seagulls had re-entered the running yesterday but they appear to be wide of the mark.

So, after Boro opened the bidding for one of Town's most prized assets, how much is the 25-year-old actually now worth?

Before he truly stepped up to the plate last term, attracting in excess of £1m might have appeared fanciful on Town's part, but how much of a difference has his improved performance over the last 12 months had on his price tag?

We thought we would let you decide, and establish what Clayton's transfer value should be by using our Clayton-ometer.
