THIS time 10 years ago, Cadamarteri was the surname on the lips of every Evertonian.
The 17-year-old had just scored his second goal for the club in a 2-2 draw with Arsenal at Goodison.
It was only his sixth first-team appearance.
Howard Kendall had handed him a debut in a 2-1 home defeat by Chelsea late the previous season.
His first goal came in a 4-2 Premier League win over Barnsley at Goodison.
Cadamarteri is pictured in action against Leeds, one of the six senior clubs he has played for.
As well as Town and Everton, the others are Bradford (twice), Sheffield United and Leicester.
He has also had loan stints at Fulham (in 1999) and Doncaster (last season).
Saturday’s Town debut away to Northampton was his 253rd senior appearance and his 108th as a sub.
