For the former Town midfielder was born in South Africa and capped by the US during his Galpharm stint.

Now 30 and playing for Chicago Fire in the MLS, although currently sidelined by a thigh injury, Thorrington made 75 Town appearances, scoring eight times, between 2001 and 2004.
