FORMER Football League colleagues Grimsby Town or Luton Town await the Shaymen if they can reach the last four of the FA Trophy.

However, FC Halifax Town have still to negotiate their quarter-final showdown with Dartford at The Shay.

The last eight tie was postponed on Saturday due to snow and will now be played tomorrow evening (7.45pm) with the game being delayed 24 hours in the hope The Shay pitch, which has been blighted by water-logging all season, will be playable.

The Darts are currently lying seventh in the Blue Square Premier, and the reward for the winners will be to take on either Blue Square Premier leaders Grimsby or FA Cup giant-killers Luton away in the semi-final first leg on Saturday, February 16, with the second leg a week later.

Wrexham are the only team to have already progressed to the last-four of the competition following their 3-1 win over Blue Square Bet Premier rivals Southport.

They take on the winners of Gainsborough Trinity’s clash with either Gateshead or Barrow who are yet to complete their tie in the last 16.

The Shaymen have also confirmed they will travel to Oxford City on Tuesday, April 16 for a re-arranged Blue Square North fixture.
