CHRIS BRANDON and Andy Booth are back in Town's selection mix.

Midfielder Brandon has had stitches removed from a head wound while striker Booth has recovered from a niggling pelvic problem.

Both will be in the squad against Tranmere at Prenton Park tomorrow (7.45) and pressing for recalls.

"Brandon has been training without problem since the stitches came out and he's ready to go," confirmed manager Peter Jackson, whose team will be backed by more than 1,000 fans on The Wirral.

"Boothy joined in with the full first-team squad for training yesterday and came through fine, so providing he has no adverse reaction to today's session he should be okay as well.

"It's good to have them available, because Tranmere are tough to beat."

Brian Little's side are unbeaten in nine matches, the last four being goalless draws (they haven't scored in 388 minutes or conceded in 373) and are now 15th.

Town midfielder Mark Hudson (swollen ankle) is ruled out.

Visiting adult fans can pay at the turnstiles but concessions must buy at the Tranmere office.

It's the Patrons Quiz tonight (Galpharm 8.00).
