Flo Bojaj could come back into the first-team squad following Huddersfield Town striker James Vaughan’s suspension.

Vaughan will, as expected, miss three Championship matches after his straight red card at Ipswich Town.

Bojaj played only the first half of Town’s development game against Coventry City at PPG Canalside.

And manager Chris Powell said: “We might give him a go again, because he is a striker who is in form.

He has done well in the development side and sometimes it’s right to put them in and see what they can do.”

Albanian junior international Bojaj, 19, is yet to make a first-team appearance.

He was last on the bench for Town’s home draw with Nottingham Forest on September 24.

Vaughan, 27, who was making only his second appearance of the season after recovering from a calf injury, has been handed a club fine.

He was sent off for throwing the ball in the face of Jonas Knudsen as the Ipswich defender apparently tried to slow a Town throw-in.

James has to take his fine and suspension, and we have to we move in,” said Powell.

“It’s a big shame because he had worked hard to get back and he spoiled what had been a good week.”
