FORMER Huddersfield Town man Chris Brandon is on trial at Scottish Premier League club Dundee United.
The former Town winger is a free agent after recently parting company with hometown club Bradford.
Injuries limited him to 31 appearances at Valley Parade, where he moved from the Galpharm in the close-season of 2008.
Now the 33-year-old hopes to resurrect his career at Tannadice, where another ex-Town and Bradford player, Danny Cadamarteri, is already on the books.
Brandon made 148 Town appearances after joining from Chesterfield in 2004.
Other former Town players plying their trade in the SPL include Jerel Ifil (Aberdeen), Lucas Akins (Hamilton), Kevin Kyle (Kilmarnock) and Lukas Jutkiewicz (Motherwell).
In Division I, Gary Harkins is at Dundee while Leon Knight is on loan to Queen of the South from Hamilton.
Don’t forget Boothy’s Quiz for Town fans at The Pub, Taylor Hill, tomorrow night (7.00 for 7.30).
