Former Huddersfield Town player and coach Martyn Booty is back at Hyde.
The Cheshire club have reappointed their former management team of Gary Lowe and Booty, who led the club to the Vanarama Conference North title in 2012.
Their new mission is to guide Hyde away from the foot of the table.
The duo, who also worked together at Curzon Ashton and returned to Hyde after the departure of Scott McNiven, kicked off their second spell with an action-packed 4-4 home draw against Barrow, managed by ex-Town defender Darren Edmondson, on Sunday.
Meanwhile another former Town player, Frank Sinclair, has resigned as manager of Hyde’s Conference North rivals Colwyn Bay.
The 43-year-old took over on a short-term contract in February 2013 and kept the Welsh side in the division against all odds.
Colwyn Bay are 15th in the 22-team table after Sunday’s 5-0 loss at Boston United.
