IT WAS very frustrating to lose like we did, but we are still right in the thick of the fight.

It's almost unbelievable how the other results have gone for us and we have to realise we've been lucky in that sense and look to make best use of the good fortune.

If we'd won against Gillingham then we'd be sitting in second place on our own and in the driving seat, but with us losing, things could have been a lot worse if the other results had gone against us.

It's a disappointing result, we all realise that, and we all know our away form, which has been nowhere near as good as our home form, has to change if we are going to make automatic promotion.

Having said that, there's pressure on everyone up at the top and we are only a point behind second place, so we've got to keep plugging away.

We are in their fighting and we won't give up until the very last whistle this season.

If we do end up missing automatic, then we'll have to aim to go up in the play-offs like we did last time.

I thought we did well in the first half and Boothy was winning everything in the air. In the second half we dropped levels as a team and, in the end, I didn't think we probably deserved anything out of it.

That doesn't mean we can't go to Bournemouth and win.

Harry, Scholes:

VERY disappointing, even though we all got the chance to work on our suntans on that open end!

We were probably the better side in the first half but that early goal for Gillingham was a killer.

I just never thought we were going to score in the second half, whatever we did.

The keeper made a good save from Graham but, apart from that, we never opened them up.

I would have liked McAliskey to have been sent on earlier to see if he could come up with an equaliser.
