WAYNE HOLLAND was in fine form for Honley Socialist in the Yorkshire Darts League but couldn’t stop his side slipping to a 5-3 defeat against Castle Club.

Holland 86 average earned him the the man-of-the-match accolade, while Brian Hallas (sen) also hit top form to win his match 3-2. The other Honley winner was Yorkshire player Peter Jaques.
