THE last Patrons meeting was going to feature Andy Ritchie.

But, as happened last year, the goalposts moved and Gerry Murphy stepped into the breach – again!

He did the same following Peter Jackon’s departure last season and of course once again provided Town fans with an entertaining and informative evening.

You can rely on Gerry to tell it how it is!

Since then he has maintained an unbeaten run, against some, on paper, tough opposition.

We put Port Vale down, kept Tranmere down and dented the hopes of Doncaster and especially Leeds – to the unrestrained joy of all Town fans!

There have been three major talking points since last months report:

1. The departure of Andy Ritchie.

2. The arrival of our chairman-elect, Dean Hoyle.

3. The FANTASTIC season-ticket offer for the centenary campaign.

As a result the fans have been buzzing about the next season and beyond.

So to add to the excitement we announce our last meeting on Thursday, May 1.

Dean Hoyle has agreed to attend and answer supporters’ questions.

This is likely to be a VERY popular meeting and it will be held in the main banqueting suite at the Galpharm.

So get down early for a front table seat!

No dress code, no age limits, just a group of interested Town fans.

Today is also the last call for all Town fans to come to tonight’s open meeting in the Panasonic Suite, starting at 7.30.

It’s your chance to be in at the start of the new all-supporter group, the Huddersfield Town Supporters Association.
