Huddersfield Town have confirmed pre-season friendlies at Guiseley and Oldham Athletic.

David Wagner’s side will have their first public outing at Nethermoor on Wednesday, July 6 (7.45).

And they will cross the Pennines to SportsDirect.com (Boundary) Park on Saturday 16 (3.00).

There has been talk of a home clash with Liverpool, but that fixture has yet to be confirmed.

Wagner will also take his side on trips to Sweden (before the Guiseley game) and Austria (after Oldham).

It will be the fifth season running Town have gone to Guiseley (they were 3-1 winners last year).

And they have been to Boundary Park in three of the last four years, the last time for a 3-1 defeat in 2014.

Guiseley, managed by Mark Bower, are preparing for a second season in the Vanarama National League top flight.
