NEXT week is a busy one with the Patrons’ first meeting featuring the Town directors at the brilliant Canalside venue.

That’s on Thursday (7.30 for an 8.00 start) and it includes a free sausage and chips supper for members. So remember to bring your card as it is members only.

Following the disappointment at Old Trafford there have been plenty of comings and goings and, for many people, the first chance to see the new faces in action will be our first home game against Bury on August 6.

All meetings are now members only. On Thursday, paper will be available on tables for those Patrons who would prefer to have their question asked by a committee member.

The same opportunity applies to any Patrons unable to attend but who have a question they would like asking. Simply write to info@htafcpatrons.com

To join, re-join or upgrade with the Patrons, just get in touch with Robyn at the club. Membership is still £12.50 per quarter (less than £1 a week) and it all goes to the Academy.

Be the first to meet new players and other guests from the club, have priority for away tickets, special away travel, monthly draw, Terrier newsletter and lots more now. Just contact Robyn Deegan via the club address or at Robyn.deegan@htafc.com

Patrons will have a choice of gift this season as part of their membership and the chance to buy other club-related gifts.

The Patrons are already organising trips, with the first under consideration being MK Dons on September 17.

Patrons trips are a little different in that they generally include a pre-match meal and occasionally a question and answer session with someone linked to Town.

Meanwhile, the Supporters Association are running a coach to Rochdale on Saturday August 13, leaving the stadium at 12.15. The fare for members is £8 (£10 non-members) – and it’s only £5 to join!

To book, or for further details, e-mail chair@htsa-online.co.uk or call/text 07926 165863.

The Supporters Association are also trying to gauge interest for Port Vale in the Carling Cup on August 9 (7.45 kick-off).

If you would be interested in travelling to the fixture with HTSA, please let us know quickly by contact as above.

If we have sufficient numbers the bus will run – we anticipate the fare will be about £12 and set-off time 4.30pm.
