HUDDERSFIELD Town want to know exactly what supporters think of them.
Chairman Dean Hoyle is urging as many as possible to take part in a survey run in conjunction with Huddersfield-based Ask Insight, who are Town’s official research partner.
Areas covered by the survey include matchday experience, ticketing, retail and memberships.
Hoyle said: “It has been a great 2012 so far with promotion to the Championship, but we cannot rest on our laurels and are looking to improve in all departments of the club, on and off the field.
“We are asking our supporters to tell us what they think of us, to let us know what we are doing right and, most importantly, where we can improve.”
The survey can be completed by visiting www.htafcsurvey.co.uk and is open to 1,000 fans.
All those who complete it will be entered into a draw, with the top prize two VIP tickets for the home clash with Leicester on Tuesday, October 2.
