PETER CLARKE says Huddersfield Town must shake off the disappointment of missing out on three points against Peterborough and continue their climb up the Championship.

While Mark Robins’s side had to make do with a point from a 2-2 draw after twice leading, through Neil Danns then Clarke’s fellow centre-back Murray Wallace, they still moved out of the relegation zone.

They are a point above Blackburn, who have a game in hand, and Peterborough, and have eight more than Bristol City.

“Getting out of the bottom three was the first objective,” said Clarke.

“Now the aim is to stay out of it, and we are confident that can be achieved.

Lee Tomlin and dangerman Dwight Gayle grabbed Peterborough’s goals at the John Smith’s Stadium, with Town keeper Alex Smithies claiming he was affected by the low sun.

“It’s disappointing we got ourselves in front only to be pegged back both times, but if we acquit ourselves as we have done over the last couple of games, we’ll be okay,” insisted Clarke.
