LAST Saturday’s euphoric trip to Brighton (if a visit to the Withdean could ever be so described) saw both the triumphal completion of the epic cycle journey and a hugely satisfactory three points.
Congratulations to all those who took part in such a massive fund-raising effort.
As for footballing matters, we now know that Town’s season will not end this Saturday – unless, of course, we can reverse a goal difference of 17!
Every Town fan will hope and trust that the record-breaking sequence of results can be maintained through to Sunday, May 29, at Old Trafford.
We don’t know at this stage where the first leg of that journey will start, although there are only two possibilities: Bournemouth or Milton Keynes.
We do know, however, that it will be a 12.45 kick off on Saturday, May 14, and the Supporters Association is already making plans for one or more coaches to get fans there.
More details will be available later but we do know now that a Bournemouth trip will mean a 5am start from the Galpharm.
Please check with the HTSA website at www.htsa.co.uk for prices once we know for sure what our destination will be.
