Huddersfield Town go back to Radcliffe Borough on Friday, with the Under 21s in friendly action against the Northern Premier League team.

It’s the third pre-season running Town have sent a side to Stainton Park, where kick-off is 7.00.

Last season, Harry Bunn (2), Jon Stead, Jake Charles, Flo Bojaj and Ben Atkinson scored in a 6-0 victory.

Radcliffe, one of Town coach Steve Eyre’s former clubs as a player, are NPL First Division North rivals of Brighouse Town.

They finished 19th last season, and manager Danny Johnson is casting his eye over a number of potential signings.

Frankie Bunn’s Town side have already played a behind-closed-doors game at Newcastle United, losing 3-2.

Admission at Radcliffe is £5, with juniors (up to 16) paying £1.
