Good result in the end. Should always have two strikers at home. Don't think loan players are the answer. Paul, Colchester

TOWN PLAYED WELL ,THEY WERE LET DOWN BY THE OFFICALS WHO WERE POOR.WATCHED THE REPLAY ON SKY IT WAS NEVER A PEN. AL, CLAYTON WEST

Resilience is crucial and we showed we can dig in and thats probably more important than the result in the longer term. Paul, York

Great performance right until the final whistle. We didn't feel sorry for ourselves even though the ref's decisions seemed totally against us! Tony, Golcar

After leaving the match I met up with friends and having only seen the original decision by the ref I described what I had seen. Minutes later the highlights appeared on Sky Sports News and I was pleased to see what had happened was exactly as I had described it, so if I could see a perfect tackle from the upper tier of the Direct Golf why could not the officials see the same? Mr East was a disgrace throughout the match. So I thought we played quite well without our main strikers and having to play a slightly defensive game, hurry back JV and JB or let's get in some effective cover a s a p. David S, Mirfield

Great game, performance and energy from our team. What a shame we had an incompetent incharge of such a great night of football Trevor, Horbury

The (normally very competent) referee should be awarded "null points", simply for getting the penalty decision so alarmingly wrong. Martin, Outlane.

The horrendous penalty decision proved just the spur that was needed to go 4-4-2, play more direct & create some chances. Justice was done at the death. Paul, Shipley.

The game changer was Alan Lee and Danny Ward's substitutions. The change in the way we played after they came on unsettled Rovers and put them on the back foot. Fully deserved a point. Tony, Overton.

Fair result overall.Full of grit and determination against a team with great quality.Very poor referee.Clayton getting better and better David, Bradford

Excellent performance aginst a top side and a woeful ref. Pete, Kearby.

Never say die Town.........Peter Clarke inspired. A real giant amongst men. Mark,Sowood.

Alan Lee's introduction was KEY. Cuckooology, Huddersfield.

We looked a better side up front once Alan Lee came on to help Novak. Jake, Hudds

Alan Lee made a big difference and should have started the game. The referee needs to make an urgent appointment with Specsavers, he was a disgrace. Mick, Accrington

Good game, refreree had a questionable game shall we say! Super Novak did well as normal and Lee won every challange think he needs a start. Simon, Golcar

When Town equalized I scanned the Blackburn players. The one most gutted was the referee. Says it all. Russell, Calder Valley.

Listening tothe game, we pressed them and gave them no room. Alas, we forgot Rhodes was on the pitch and he did what he´s done for 3 years at Town, score, but this time against us. We definitely need another quality striker, as it has proved without Vaughan and Beckford. Stephen, Tenerife

The game was evenly matched with some exciting football from both teams. Even if Huddersfield had lost this game you'd have been proud of all the players' efforts. Many of them deserve special mention for their individual performances but I feel the pick was Adam Clayton. He showed some real class in this game; he read the play and his possession and distribution were both excellent; he helped drive the team forward. Stephen, Greetland

A good point in my book, I'd have certainly settled for one before kick-off, especially with no Hunt, Vaughan or Beckford. It was a decent game with some obvious quality all over the pitch. I thought Novak was very unlucky to be out of the team after the arrival of Beckford, as good as the loan man has been. Lee proved he has his own qualities with 2 goals tonight following a good performance on Saturday. Simon Grayson will have a sweeter headache now at Oakwell. Personally I hope he puts faith into Lee Novak as it is the least he deserves. Rothera, Featherstone

Town well deserved the one point they got. Unfortunate for us that the referee had a bad game. Kev, Sowerby Bridge.

If the ref cant do any better than last night's performance he should retire. I have 2 other ratings to those given above - ref. minus10, linesmen 0 . James, Sheffield.

Fair result, great game Dave, Liversedge

True Grit and when our main strikers are fit watch out the rest of the league if we keep up this level of commitment and teamwork. Trojanhorse, Kirkburton
