TOWN’S Good Friday hosts Scunthorpe have the small matter of a Wembley appearance to contend with before they face Lee Clark’s side.

The Iron, complete with former Town defender David Mirfin, take on Luton in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final tomorrow.

Scunthorpe remain firmly in the League I play-off hunt, with boss Nigel Adkins vowing their big day out will not be allowed to interfere with their bid for an immediate Championship return.

For League II Luton, the final represents a chance of glory before what seems a certain drop into the non-league ranks. The Hatters are currently 11 points off safety with only 18 to play for.
