Huddersfield Town's on-loan defender Jazz Richards says the team is ready to take on Birmingham City tomorrow - with a push up the table ahead of the international break a high priority.

The 22-year-old has had a decent run of form for the Terriers after making the trip from Swansea and says the squad is getting stronger every match.

"It's been a bit up and down - we've had some good results, and some not so good results," he said.

"But I think we are getting stronger as the season is going on and I'm enjoying it.

"I'm playing football here with a good bunch of lads - and it's good football.

"It's about getting results and hopefully we can do that going forward."

Robins' men host Birmingham City tomorrow at the John Smith's Stadium, knowing that a push ahead of the international break could prove vital in climbing the table.

Richards added: "Every game in the Championship is a difficult game and I think tomorrow, it's going to be difficult again.

"But it's a good opportunity for us to get three points, hopefully, going into the international break.

"Hopefully we can achieve that."
