And Lynch, who scored in the 3-1 win against the Hornets, has his sights set on Saturday’s clash at Middlesbrough.
“We’ve got seven points from the last possible nine and that’s a little run we want to keep going,” said Lynch, who returned to the side after missing six games with a groin problem.
“Now we have to be more solid on the road, because it’s all about getting points away.
“Our home record has been really good this season, but the next thing we have to overcome is the away form.
“As long as everyone comes in and gives 100 per cent, I think we’ll continue to get results.”
Lynch’s inclusion was one of four changes manager Chris Powell made to his team for the Watford game and the former Nottingham Forest defender believes the players coming into the side made an impact.
“The lads who are coming into the team are doing exactly what is asked of them,” he added.
“Going into the game everyone around the squad was positive and in the game the work ethic was excellent.
“Everyone is happy at the minute, so we’re going into Saturday’s game in a positive frame of mind.”
