LEWIS NIGHTINGALE has joined Salford City for a month.

It’s a second loan switch of the year for the 19-year-old midfielder, who recently spent time at another UniBond League Division I North club, Wakefield FC.

One of his four outings for Ronnie Glavin’s side was against Salford, who are at home to Warrington Town today.

The Galpharm first-year professional will remain at Salford until April 5 inclusive.

Nightingale has made five appearances for Town reserves this season.
