Huddersfield Town’s England Under 21 full-back Jack Robinson is fully focused on Saturday’s home Championship clash with Middlesbrough.

While Gareth Southgate’s side are making final preparations for tonight’s final Euro 2015 group qualifier in Moldova, the on-loan QPR player was today training under new Town manager Chris Powell at PPG Canalside.

Liverpool product Robinson received a call-up for the international double-header against Lithuania, beaten 1-0 in Kaunas on Friday, and Moldova.

But he had to pull out of the Lithuania trip after falling ill during training at St George’s Park in Burton.

Boss Southgate said he would review Robinson’s fitness over the weekend, but the 21-year-old has remained in England.

The man who made his Town debut at Watford the Saturday before last, playing right-back instead of his usual left-sided role, has nine Under 21 caps.

With England, who have won eight and drawn the other of their nine qualifiers so far, sure of a place in one of the seven play-offs to join hosts the Czech Republic in next summer’s finals, he will hope to feature in the two-legged tie next month.

The play-off draw takes place in Nyon, Switzerland on Friday.
