TOWN Ladies continued their run of good form with a 2-1 victory at Morley Spurs to move up to mid-table in the Women's Yorkshire and Humberside Premier Division.

They began sluggishly and conceded a goal after five minutes, but the strike woke Town up and Jade Robshaw equalised after 17 minutes.

The remainder of the half was tight, but Town were unlucky not to grab a half-time lead when a Leah Moorhouse shot struck the crossbar.

The second half was evenly-fought and the match looked to be heading for a draw until Kirsty McCluskey hit Town's winner with a shot from the edge of the box.

The Reserves lost 3-1 at home to Howden Clough, Town's goal coming from Rebecca Catling.

The Under 16s went down 4-0 at Leeds United.

Town held on against a side that included four junior internationals until the 56th minute, and then went further behind on 70 minutes.

Leeds then added two more during seven minutes of added time

Abi Iggleden was the solitary scorer in the Under 14s 4-1 loss to Bradford City, while Kim Atkinson netted for the Under 12s in their 1-0 win over Chesterfield.
