Huddersfield Town travel to Pride Park this evening to take on Derby County in a crucial Championship match.

Town need to match Brighton's score against Wigan at 3pm to make sure the Seagulls do not achieve promotion to the Premier League, while the Terriers will secure a play-off spot if they beat the Rams and Fulham lose to Aston Villa.

Derby have been hit and miss of late, slipping up against Brentford and Nottingham Forest and beating Fulham, Birmingham and QPR.

David Wagner will be hoping his side can kick on from their last-gasp victory over Preston last time out and secure a famous play-off spot well ahead of the final day of the season.
