There’s a team that is dear to its followers,

They play in the bright blue and white,

They’re a team of renown, they’re the pride of the town,

And the game of football is their delight,

So all the while upon the field of play,

Thousands gladly cheer them on their way,

Often you can hear them say,

Who can beat the Town today?

Then the bells will ring so merrily,

Every goal will be a memory,

So Town play up and bring the cup,

Back to Huddersfield.

FANS have been discussing all the best ways they can help Town achieve promotion at Old Trafford tomorrow.

With more than 30,000 Galpharm supporters making the trip to the League I play-off final, plans are already in place to out-shout those who travel up from Peterborough.

Contemporary anthems will no doubt echo around the Theatre of Dreams, and it’s hoped to raise the roof with a rendition of the old club song, Smile Awhile.

On-line fans, however, pointed out that many Town fans going to the game might not know the words, so we have printed them here to enable everyone to join in tomorrow.
