TOWN'S pre-season tour to Sweden is likely to include a match `across the water' in Denmark.

Organisers PlayHard Sports - who are now advertising three travel packages for fans - have still to confirm Town's opposition.

But the trip from July 8-15 will be based in Gothenburg and includes two matches against professional opposition.

PlayHard's Damian McGrath explained: "Due to the Swedish season not starting until April and their fixture list not being released until next month, the exact days of the games will not be finalised until then.

"The clubs lined up as possibilities to play Town are Goteborg, Gais Gothenburg, Orgryte FC, IF Elfsborg (the 2006 champions), Halmstadd, Malmo FF or Helsingborg, which is Henrik Larsson's club.

"It's likely one of the games will be in Denmark, which will involve the Town squad and fans taking the fast ferry from Gothenburg port over to Denmark for the day to play against a professional club."

Town and their fans will fly out from Stansted and seven-night packages are priced £429, £529 and £629 depending on accommodation.
