LINTHWAITE Junior Football Club continue to prosper with the announcement of an extended deal with sponsors Fostering Solutions.

All of the 235 registered players with the club will benefit from the deal with a new matchday kit.

“We are delighted to be continuing our sponsorship of Linthwaite Junior Football Club for a second year,” said the sponsors

“Our foster carers are passionate about helping children enjoy life and stay healthy.

“Clubs like Linthwaite give young people the opportunity to do just that.”

Linthwaite was formed in 1986 by Club President Richard Howatson.

All of the players at Linthwaite receieve training from the 15 coaches who are all level one qualified due to the Standard Chartered Club status.

The club also have 25 children aged between three and six who attend the mini soccer training session at YMCA (Milnsbridge) every Monday 6pm till 7pm.

The under 11-17 teams train every Saturday morning at various times between 9am and 1pm at Royds Hall High School.
