What a night to be a Terrier.
Huddersfield Town fired five past Charlton Athletic to continue the climb up the Championship table.
David Wagner's side weren't at their high-flying best but were thoroughly dominant and took full advantage of the opportunity to give the fans a wonderful evening and to improve the goal difference.
Mark Hudson opened the scoring and Nahki Wells doubled the lead just before the break. In a true spread of goals Jamie Paterson added a third and Duane Holmes got his first ever professional goal.
After Reza was sent off in the last few minutes it was left to Jason Davidson to put the icing on a sweet cake with his first goal in English football.
Here's what Town fans made of the match.
There was understandable praise for Nahki Wells who has been in fine form in recent weeks.
And while the captain Mark Hudson has come in for some recent criticism, it was all change after a fine performance in both penalty areas!
There was mixed review at half time...
But it was utter jubilation at at the end of the 90 minutes - with more than a few commenting that such a thumping win had been coming after improved performances under David Wagner.
And speaking of Wagner, should Town fans be worried?
