PETER JACKSON is ready to re-unite Town's most potent strike partnership against Bradford tomorrow.

The Galpharm Stadium chief will welcome his squad at 10.15 tomorrow confident Town are "ready to go" with Junior Mendes recalled to partner Pawel Abbott.

The duo produced 10 goals in a fruitful five-match spell in October and were both on target in the last home win, against MK Dons.

"We are ready to go and we know what's at stake in this game," said Jackson.

"Even if it wasn't Bradford we would want to win. The fact that it is our local rivals and we haven't played them for five years just adds to the incentive for everyone.

"It will be a tremendous atmosphere and I just want our fans to enjoy the game, to get right behind the lads and to play their part in achieving a really important win."

Jackson added: "I really do want us to keep it tight at the back tomorrow.

"If we keep a clean sheet then I've every confidence we will win the game. Everyone knows about Pav, but we've got plenty of goals in us."
